Questions What is a custom order? TOP
A custom order is where you choose a doll kit that you want to have made into a baby or toddler. This includes the colour hair , eyes (if needed), skin tone and even a tummy plate. Also a dummy/pacifier, please note that if you have a pace maker a dummy/pacifier will not be included as the magnets are extremely strong and may cause problems
How long does it take for a custom order? TOP
Generally it takes between 4-6 weeks for a custom order to be completed depending on the kit you have chosen. I live outside Australia can I still have a custom order baby? TOP
Most definatly. Many of my babies have been adopted within Australia and all over the world. Please check with me and I will let you know what postage will be to your country How much to post/ship? TOP
Postage and shipping will vary depending on the country that you live in. Please ask me before a custom order is made. If you are buying a baby that is already available then I will let you know what shipping is to your area. Please also take into account what your country's custom laws are as I am not responsible for any extra charges that you may incure. How can I pay for my order or completed baby? TOP
Payment is accepted in different ways. For international orders outside of Australia I accept Paypal and Paypal by credit card.
Within Australia I accept Paypal, money order and direct bank deposit. Direct bank deposit details will be emailed to you once order has been confirmed.
